Hi there! Thanks for stopping by today! I can't believe how close it's getting to baby day! In one week I'll be considered "full term" so we're really just in the waiting stage right now... I have thought about meals for after baby. My mom will be out right after baby, then the church provides a week of meals, and then it'll be all us for a week until more friends come to visit. Half of this week's meatballs will go in the freezer. I don't have a ton of room to store lots of things but I AM hoping to stash away a few things here and there to pull out when we need an easy day! I never really know what freezes well. Seems that most freeze-ahead stuff is pasta, and I try to only do one pasta dish a week. But anyway... hope you're feeling well! Have a great week!
Sarah
